Policies and Recommendations

Late Arrivals:

We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete your check-in and answer questions about your service you may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you give us a call to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so often we cannot exceed that reserved time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: 

To reschedule more than 24-hours in advance, simply call the office, or text “reschedule” to your appointment notification message. 

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.00. Unfortunately, when a patient no shows or cancels without sufficient notice, it is too late to fill the appointment time with another patient. 

Refund Policy:

At Vitality we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, clients understand and accept this condition. 

Parking:

Street parking is available right out front of our location on Cedar Street.
